Ms. Divya S. holds an M.Sc PG degree in yoga from JSS Medical College, Mysore, and has represented nationals twice at Mysore University. She is a renowned expert in various yoga disciplines, including Hatha Yoga Flow, Ashtanga Yoga, Therapy Yoga, Props and Aerial Yoga, Meditation Techniques, Pranayama, Inner Engineering Technique, and Diet Planning. Her guidance during the event provided students with a comprehensive and holistic understanding of yoga.

The celebration featured a series of yoga demonstrations emphasizing the importance of yoga in achieving optimal physical health and unlocking the full potential of the mind and intellect. Ms. Divya’s deep understanding and experience in yoga were evident as she engaged the participants in various asanas, pranayama, and meditation techniques.
